All buyers have read and agree to all our sales terms and conditions before purchasing any item directly through Downunder Imports Pty Ltd or via external advertising media on behalf of Downunder Imports Pty Ltd.

The buyer must complete the payment transaction within 5 business days when an item is purchased via external advertising media on behalf of Downunder Imports Pty Ltd.

Downunder Imports Pty Ltd provides an Australian based warranty via exchange on faulty items sold up to fourteen (14) days from the date of invoice. This does not include damage caused through transportation either via pickup by the buyer or the buyers chosen Transport Company.

Downunder Imports Pty Ltd strongly recommends that the buyer take out additional insurance on all items purchased via their assigned Transport Company as Downunder Imports Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage to items during outsourced transportation.

The exchange warranty does not cover commercial use, it is valid only for personal use.  Parts may be purchased at cost price to repair any damage that may be caused by commercial use and replaced at the buyers expense. 

The exchange warranty does not cover damage or equipment failure resulting from or caused by improper assembly, installation, failure to follow warnings in owners manual, accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorised instruction or modification, unauthorised tampering, improper use or failure to provide necessary maintenance.

Please choose carefully when purchasing any item from Downunder Imports Pty Ltd or via external advertising media on behalf of Downunder Imports Pty Ltd as we only offer exchanges where applicable.  No refunds are available and no exchanges or refunds are offered for change of mind.  Please note that proof of purchase will be required for all exchanges and repairs.

All transportation costs are the buyers responsibility.  These costs are an extra add on to the original purchase price on all items.

The buyer is responsible for all return delivery and re-delivery charges for  all exchanges and repairs.

All Postage, handling and delivery costs for all items are non-refundable.
