We have increased our range of sporting equipment with a heavy duty Elliptical Cross Trainer.  This trainer is specifically designed to stimulate muscle movements during workout activities, ensuring there is no pressure on hand and leg joints of your body.  Elliptical trainers are good for fitness and weight loss and are suited for people who have frequent joint, knee, lower back or hip problems.  Elliptical trainers offer an impact free workout as there is no impact on the ground.

According to recent studies, the lack of impact on the joints allows the user to burn roughly the same amount of calories as a treadmill with the impression of putting in less effort.
